We have a standard Shipping fee of R99 for all purchases weighting between 0kg and 2kg which most of our pieces fall under this category. However if you purchase a number of items which wight between 2,5 kg to 10kg you will be charged R180.

Processing and Packaging usually takes  2 working days.

We normally use The Courier guy which can take up to 4 business days to deliver to your door steps, Public and weekends excluded. Please note that we do not deliver to post boxes. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds however, you have 24 hours to notify us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You will have 5 working days to ship the parcel back to us with a trackable shipping services at your own cost.  Once we have received your return we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange.
